Medsolve is proud to be supporting a top care home provider based in the North East of England who are currently recruiting for a Operational Manager to work in their well established care company. In this position you would be responsible for 4 care homes within the Newcastle area.
If you have experience in an operations role within the care home industry this role could be for you.
To apply for this role it would be desirable for you to have NMC Pin as a qualified nurse.
Salary : Up to 65k depending on experience

About you, the ideal Operations Manager:
Strong care home and nursing experience & NMC pin desired
- Strong knowledge in CQC / assisting in this
- Financial / budget expertise
- Operational background and skills
- Experience of opening new services
- First level nurse qualification
- Previous management/supervisory experience (essential)
- Team player
- Satisfactory DBS Check, employment references and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
