We are looking for an exceptional, trustworthy, and high-energy General Manager / COO to take the reins, build out our team of hired agents, and manage the entire business ecosystem.

The Role:
As our General Manager/COO, you will be the ultimate decision-maker for day-to-day operations. You aren’t just managing a checklist; you are running the business. You will oversee everything from software integration to team leadership, ensuring the company operates like a well-oiled machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Take full ownership of daily operations, keeping the business running efficiently without requiring the Founder’s hands-on involvement.
- Team Building & Management: Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a high-performing team of hired agents. You will be their direct leader and mentor.
- Tech & CRM Architecture: Own the tech stack. You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing our CRM, automated software, and backend tools.
- Marketing & Brand Growth: Oversee marketing strategies and execution to ensure consistent client acquisition and brand visibility.
- Financial & Account Oversight: Keep a sharp eye on business accounts, budgeting, and financial health to ensure profitability.
- Reporting: Provide high-level updates directly to the Founder while maintaining total autonomy over daily execution.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven Executive Experience: You have successfully managed a business, division, or agency as a Manager, GM, or COO.
- CRM & Tech Savvy: Deep expertise in CRM platforms, workflow automation, and project management software. You know how to build a digital infrastructure.
- The "Trust" Factor: You are fiercely loyal, high-integrity, and capable of holding the keys to the kingdom.
- Full-Spectrum Capability: You understand marketing, basic business accounting, and team dynamics equally well.
- Leader, Not a Boss: You know how to inspire a remote/hybrid team of agents to hit targets and deliver luxury-level results.
