We are recruiting a Client Relationship Manager to join a growing commercial insurance team in Belfast.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in insurance, account management, sales, or client relationship management who enjoys building relationships and developing business opportunities.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Build strong relationships with clients and brokers
- Arrange new business, renewals, and policy adjustments
- Assess and price insurance risks
- Support clients through the claims process
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Negotiate and retain existing business
- Ensure compliance and accurate record keeping
What We're Looking For
- Ideally 2-3+ years' experience working within a Commercial Insurance Broker, Account Handler, or similar insurance-based role
- Previous experience in insurance, account management, sales, or client relationship management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with good negotiation skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- Experience within commercial insurance is highly desirable
