Job Description:
Multi-Skilled All-Round Tradesman / General Builder (Commercial Sites and Shops)
Location: North West (2/4 hours daily travelling) Company van & fuel card provided)
Hours: Full-time (Overtime & weekend work available)
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience in groundwork, brickwork, paving, and drainage
- Strong all-round building and handyman skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work
- Practical, reliable and hardworking with a can-do attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Groundworks and drainage (excavation, pipe laying, soakaways)
- Brickwork, blockwork, and general building works
- Paving, patios, driveways, and hard landscaping
- Fencing, decking, and external works
- General repairs and handyman maintenance tasks
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness
