We are seeking a dynamic and personable Sales Associate to join our retail team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with product enquiries, offering knowledgeable advice on features and benefits
- Maintain attractive product displays through effective merchandising and organisation
- Upsell relevant products to maximise sales opportunities while meeting customer needs
- Process transactions accurately using the till system, ensuring proper cash handling and phone etiquette
- Manage stock levels by organising stockroom and replenishing shelves as needed
- Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns to boost store performance
- Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and courteously
- Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or being bilingual is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Experience in retail or customer service roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer rapport
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail in merchandising and stock management
- Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating flexibility and reliability

Pay: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
