We are inviting applications for a Bank Administrator role within West London NHS Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced administrators seeking flexible working arrangements while contributing to a high-performing, patient-centred mental health service.

Key Responsibilities (depending on band/role)
Coordinate and minuting of meetings, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up of actions
Provide administrative support to clinics, including appointment scheduling, reminders, and updating electronic patient records
Process Mental Health (MH) forms and maintain compliance with clinical documentation standards
Act as a key point of contact for staff, professionals, and patients
Reception cover in one of our Mental Health Inpatient Units
Support team workflows and contribute to service efficiency
Support calls coming in and out
Support Triage meetings
