Work Schedule:
- Hours: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Approx. 9:00 AM / 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
- Four Days Off: Enjoy a 4-day weekend every single week (Monday to Thursday)!
- Flexibility: Daily start/finish times may vary slightly depending on the workload.

Role Overview:
As a Head Chef, you'll be key in running a high-quality kitchen operation. Your tasks will include:
- Leading, training, and motivating the kitchen team during peak weekend services
- Managing stock control, ordering, food rotation, and waste management to protect margins
- Overseeing food preparation and presentation to ensure every dish meets high standards
- Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety, food hygiene, and HACCP regulations
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or high-level Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Up-to-date food hygiene qualifications (Level 3 Food Safety preferred)
- A flexible attitude toward weekend finish times based on the flow of business
