Remote | UK Wide | 50/50 Commission Split
The Funding Group is seeking experienced Bridging Finance Brokers, Development Finance Brokers and Property Finance Professionals who want the freedom of self-employment combined with a fair and transparent commission structure.
If you already have an established client bank, introducer network, or relationships with property investors, developers, estate agents, sourcing agents, architects, planning consultants, or professional introducers, this opportunity allows you to maximise the value of those relationships while retaining complete flexibility over how you work.

The Role
You will be responsible for sourcing and managing your own opportunities while building long-term relationships with clients and introducers.
Typical finance requirements may include:
- Bridging Loans
- Development Finance
- Refurbishment Finance
- Commercial Mortgages
- Semi-Commercial Mortgages
- Buy-to-Let Finance
- HMO Finance
- Auction Finance
- Land Finance
- Exit and Refinance Solutions
This role is particularly suited to brokers who already work closely with property investors and developers and want greater control over their earnings.
About You
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Previous experience arranging bridging loans and development finance
- An existing client bank or introducer network
- Relationships within the property investment or development sector
- Strong knowledge of specialist property finance products
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to business development
- The ability to work independently and manage their own pipeline
Earnings
Expected earnings: £60,000 - £150,000+ per year
This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity. Earnings will vary depending on deal volume, introducer relationships, transaction values, and individual performance.
