We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper food safety procedures are followed
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and specialised drinks, maintaining quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Manage table settings and ensure cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with basic maths proficiency
- Maintain a tidy work environment and restock supplies regularly
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service
- Support team members in daily tasks to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, serving, or barista roles is desirable but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform basic maths accurately for transactions and stock management
- Good communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
