Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Site Domestic Electrician to join our team across London and South East regions. This role involves delivering high-quality electrical services for domestic sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance and troubleshooting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including CCTV installation, lighting and power upgrades, and general electrical maintenance within residential environments.
Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance at various domestic sites in London and the South East.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure safety standards are met.
- Install and service CCTV systems, ensuring optimal operation and security coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding work progress and technical issues.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards.
- Assist with site assessments and provide technical advice for ongoing maintenance projects.
- Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during site visits.
Experience
- Proven experience as a domestic electrician with a solid understanding of residential lighting and power electrical systems from boiler feeds, to swimming pool electrical plant upgrades.
- Knowledge of general CCTV installation and maintenance is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electrical faults, and delivering customer-focused service is preferred. This role offers a dynamic working environment across various locations in London & South East, requiring adaptability, professionalism, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
The hours are paid as per the site attendance.
The sites are in CT21, ME7 and across London
Pay: £250.00 per day
