Field Sales Representative
OTE: £50,000+ | Company Car & Fuel Card | Full-time (Mon–Fri)
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll engage directly with potential customers, promoting a valuable new service in their area.
What’s on offer:
- £25k base salary
- Uncapped commission (realistic OTE £50k+, top earners hitting £100k)

The Role:
- Door-to-door sales
- Build relationships and explain product benefits
- Hit monthly targets and manage leads using CRM system
- Attend local events to raise awareness
- Provide customer insights to the wider team
About You:
- Experience in face-to-face sales (e.g. door-to-door or events)
- Confident, personable, and target-driven
- Strong communicator with a proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence essential
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in positions such as Field Sales Executive, Field Sales Representative, Field Sales Consultant, Door-to-Door Canvasser, Field Sales Agent, Direct Sales Executive, Commission-Only Sales Representative, Venue Sales, Area Sales Representative or pretty much any other sales representative role within a face-to-face environment.
