Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various computer applications. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team in achieving its goals. The Administrator will be responsible for managing office tasks, maintaining records, and providing clerical support to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Answering the telephone and dealing with vehicle breakdowns, defect reproting and other customer issues
- Scanning and attaching compliance paperwork to electronic system
- Manage and book Laden brake testing
- Support other team members with clerical duties as needed
- Chase suppliers for compliance paperwork
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent clerical skills, including attention to detail in data entry tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
