Senior Project Manager – Integration
Location: Flexible / Hybrid
Salary: £55,000–65,000 + pension
Reporting to: Head of Integration
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded and highly driven Senior Project Manager to join our growing Integration team.
The role will support integration of newly acquired businesses into the Group’s evolving Target Operating Model within a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Integration and senior stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Finance and HR.
Experience within accounting, professional services or consolidator environments would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of integration programmes across newly acquired businesses
- Coordinate cross-functional integration activities
- Maintain plans, milestones, risks and reporting
- Prepare Executive governance materials and status updates
- Support onboarding and mobilisation activities
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops
- Help refine integration playbooks and governance disciplines
Candidate Profile
- Strong project management capability
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Commercial awareness and pragmatic decision-making capability
- High levels of ownership, resilience and drive
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience within project management, transformation or operational delivery roles
- Experience within acquisitive, fast-growth or transformation-led environments desirable
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel and reporting capability
- Professional services or accounting sector exposure advantageous but not essential
