We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
## Duties
- Utilise experience in childcare and early childhood education to provide high-quality care and education for children
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Manage the daily routines within the nursery setting
- Demonstrate leadership skills to support and guide other staff members
## Experience
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting is essential
- Qualifications in early childhood education or childcare are essential (level 3 and above)
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with children, parents, and staff
- Valid driving license is advantageous for potential off-site activities
