BWS are currently looking for an experienced Skip Driver to work alongside our dedicated team.
We are a large family run waste management and skip hire company based in Leeds; we have been servicing West Yorkshire for over 40 years.
The job is full time - £15.06 ph +£10 Daily performance Bonus (criteria to meet) =£16.24ph
overtime at time and a half after 42.5 hours
Ø The job is approximately 42 ½ hours per week plus overtime
Ø Optional Weekly / Monthly pay.
Ø Uniform is supplied.
THE ROLE:
- HGV Driver/Skip driver to work in West Yorkshire area.
- You will be completing all tasks and duties required for driving around the local area, Deliveries, Exchanges and Collections of Skips. Making sure that the load is secure and safe for the road.
- Tasks and duties will include: carrying out daily vehicle checks, making sure that the allocated work load is complete, driving vehicles to their destination and unloading according to site requirements.
- Completing all necessary paperwork (digital appliance – easy & quick to use)
- Filling in defect records for the truck to successfully secure this opportunity, you must: be reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A good knowledge of local Area is essential.
- Clean driving licence is preferable
- CPC Required.
- Hold a digital tacho card
- Available to work overtime - (when required)
- Work every other Saturday Morning
- Immediate start for the successful applicant
