Chef – Part Time – Mediterranean Tapas Bar, Roath
We’re a small, family-run Mediterranean tapas bar in the heart of vibrant Roath, looking for an experienced chef to join us for the summer season.
The role
- Part time, working to our existing recipes and set menu
- General food prep and supporting a fast-paced kitchen
- Nights, weekends, and bank holidays essential
- Summer season position, with a strong chance of continuing into September and beyond if it’s a good fit both ways
What we’re looking for
- Previous chef experience essential
- Confident following recipes and keeping consistency
- Quick on your feet — service gets busy and we need someone who can keep pace under pressure
- Food Hygiene Certificate is a bonus, but not essential
