Job Title: Social Media Content Executive (AI-Focused)
Location: Leigh-on-Sea, Essex (Office Based)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and analytically minded Social Media Content Executive to grow our online presence and engage audiences for our AI-driven company. This role is ideal for someone who understands both social media dynamics and artificial intelligence tools, and can combine the two to drive follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok)
- Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach
- Use AI tools to generate, optimise, and scale content production
- Manage and grow multiple social media accounts, including the company’s primary channels and additional affiliated or client accounts
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all managed accounts
- Monitor trends in AI and social media to produce relevant, timely content
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community across all accounts
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging
- Experiment with new formats (video, reels, threads, etc.) to maximise growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or content creation
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and growth strategies
- Experience managing multiple accounts or brands simultaneously
- Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., generative AI, content automation, analytics tools)
- Ability to create engaging written, visual, and/or video content
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a structured schedule
Desirable Skills
- Experience working in a tech or AI-focused company
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
