Are you an experienced manufacturing operative looking for a long-term role with progression?
We’re recruiting for a global aerospace manufacturer based in Swadlincote, specialising in high-performance polymer and sealing solutions used in aircraft and industrial equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in:
Injection moulding | Plastics | Automotive | Aerospace | Polymer manufacturing

Earn up to £15.83 (days) / £16.86 (nights) once trained
Structured pay increases as you progress
Regular overtime available (1.5x & 2x rates)

Your Role
Operating injection moulding / manufacturing machinery
Working with plastics, polymers (PC, TPE)
Trimming, finishing, and assembling components using hand tools
Carrying out quality checks to aerospace standards
Packing and labelling products accurately
Following strict health & safety and production processes
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in manufacturing / production environments
✔ Background in plastics, injection moulding, or polymer processing
✔ Experience using hand tools or machinery
✔ Ability to read technical drawings (advantageous)
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality
✔ Reliable and team-focused attitude
Shift Options
Days: Mon–Fri 7:15am–3:55pm
Rotating: 5:00am–12:40pm / 1:00pm–8:40pm
Nights: Sun–Thurs 9:00pm–4:40am
(Shift allowance applied where applicable)
