Vehicle Collection & Delivery Driver
Company: Mobility Station
Location: West Drayton, London and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time or Flexible
Salary: £26,000.00
About the Role
Mobility Station is looking for a reliable, careful and professional Vehicle Collection & Delivery Driver to join our team.
The role involves collecting and delivering cars and other vehicles from customers’ homes, dealerships, workshops and other locations. Many of our customers are elderly or disabled, so we are looking for someone who is patient, polite, respectful and confident dealing with people in a professional manner.
This is not a job for someone who rushes or drives aggressively. We need a calm, sensible and experienced driver who will treat every vehicle with care. Some vehicles may be new, high-value or prestige cars, so attention to detail and safe driving are essential.
You will mainly be travelling around London and the surrounding areas, although some longer-distance journeys may be required. This role involves more than just driving vehicles. You must be happy and confident using London transport and other travel options between collections and deliveries, including trains, buses, taxis or walking where necessary. At times, you may be driving one of our company vehicles, and at other times you may need to travel independently to collect or deliver a customer vehicle.
Good geographical knowledge, confidence planning journeys and the ability to manage your time responsibly are important.
