A well-regarded secondary school in Southampton is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Geography Teacher to join their Humanities department from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs to join a supportive school with strong leadership and a positive learning environment. The successful candidate will inspire students across KS3 and KS4 through engaging and dynamic Geography lessons.
The Role
- Teach Geography across KS3 and KS4
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons
- Monitor and support student progress and achievement
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Geography
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Committed to raising student attainment and engagement
- Suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers
