Hours: A minimum of 17 hours per week, with flexibility required to take on more hours as the studio team grows.

About the Role
We’re looking for a vibrant and confident Studio Assistant to help us deliver unforgettable experiences.
You’ll be a great fit if you are:
- Creative, enthusiastic, and love making people feel welcome
- Confident leading groups and explaining things clearly and cheerfully
- Proficient and experienced with all social media platforms and be comfortable in front of the camera.
- Organised, proactive, and reliable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on, and messy (but fun!) setting
- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or arts engagement is a big plus!
Your Responsibilities
✦ Customer Experience
- Welcome and guide guests with warmth and energy
- Host pour art sessions (initially) and explain techniques in a fun, accessible way
- Help customers during the session with tips and tricks, so they can create their unique artwork and engage in friendly conversation to foster a positive environment
- Assist with bookings, check-ins, and payments
- Monitor our email inbox and reply in a swiftly professional manner to customer emails
- Ensure every visitor has a brilliant, joyful experience
✦ Studio Support
- Set up and tidy the studio before and after sessions
- Clean and replenish materials
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inspiring environment
- Help out with birthday parties and private events when needed
✦ Teamwork & Creativity
- Collaborate with our teams in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle, including our Regional Manager
- Contribute to our playful and inclusive atmosphere
- Share creative ideas to improve the studio experience
- Be part of our social media team, researching fun and trending content and be a face on our platforms. You will have a weekly requirement of recording and posting an engaging video on our socials.
