We aren’t about rushing people out the door or chasing Instagram bait; we’re about delivering proper, thoughtful service, incredible drinks, and beautifully simple small plates in a space that feels like a hidden back-street eatery in Venice.
We are looking for an energetic, engaging Service Team Member to join our tight-knit team and help us curate that perfect, relaxed-yet-polished rhythm every single night.
The Role
As a Service Team Member, you are the face of our hospitality. You will play a vital role on the floor, ensuring our guests experience the warm, tactful, and highly knowledgeable service we are known for. For the right person, this role comes with clear progression and the potential to develop toward a Front of House Supervisor position.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering Excellence: Providing smooth, attentive table service and managing your section with a sharp attention to detail.
Engaging Guests: Striking up great conversations with our customers, making them feel instantly welcome, and anticipating their needs before they even have to ask.
Menu Storytelling: Sharing your excitement for our Italian food, wines, and cocktails, and guiding guests through our menu selections to organically drive sales.
Team Collaboration: Working alongside the management team to maintain our upscale-casual brand standards and keep the floor running beautifully.

Experience: Proven service experience working within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
