Principal IT are working with an established MSP who are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join its growing support team on a permanent basis.
The role involves providing remote and onsite support to business clients across Microsoft environments, networking, and infrastructure technologies.

Provide 1st/2nd line IT support

Support Microsoft 365 environments

Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Windows Server

Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy

Support LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and firewalls

Handle user onboarding/offboarding

Manage helpdesk tickets and documentation

Previous MSP or IT support experience

Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills

Good understanding of Windows Server and networking fundamentals

Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
