Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Estates Helpdesk Administrator to join the Estates support team in an education setting . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient assistance to the site team with Maintenance, Estates or Building issues. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in scheduling, customer service or helpdesk-type work. As the position is temporary previous experience in a similar role is crucial.
Duties
- Respond promptly to user requests via help desk ticketing systems on the CAFM system
- Organise appropriate response to issues raised
- Engage with Engineers and Maintenance staff to arrange resolution
- Monitor engineers on jobs and ensure they are timely
- Document technical procedures and solutions clearly for future reference.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with users at all levels.
Skills
- Previous Estates Helpdesk experience
- CAFM system experience
- Enhanced DBS
