Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team supporting Project Managers within the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the organisation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and experience in office environments to contribute to a professional and dynamic workplace. The individual applying for this role must have an understanding of agricultural land remediation or an agricultural background. The office hours are 09:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday office based for the duration of the hours.
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information
- Performing data entry tasks accurately using various software programmes
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for project managers
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Providing exceptional organisational support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Managing and attending project meetings, note taking and weekly updates of current projects.
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is a requirement
- Knowledge in land reinstatement/agricultural knowledge is a requirement
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities
- Must hold a UK driving license due to proximity of office to public transport

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
