Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager looking for your next step?
We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed children’s home supporting young people within a specialist Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) service. This is an opportunity to make a real difference while leading a supportive and well-structured team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the day-to-day running of a children’s residential home
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
- Managing, developing, and supporting your staff team
- Ensuring full Ofsted compliance and preparing for inspections
- Overseeing care planning and outcomes for young people
- Working closely with families and external professionals
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and care
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in children’s residential care
- At least 1 year in a supervisory/management role
- Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
- Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted standards
- Confident leadership and team management skills
- Full UK driving licence
