Club Manager – Lead the Energy!

What You’ll Be Doing
As Club Manager, you’ll be fully accountable for the overall performance of the club. You’ll lead a talented team including our Assistant Club Manager, Personal Trainers and Cleaning Crew — all while keeping the club buzzing, spotless and ready for our members to smash their fitness goals.
You’ll:
- Inspire and motivate the team to deliver an unbeatable member experience
- Lead from the front with smart planning and sales strategies to hit (and celebrate!) KPI targets
- Keep standards sky-high, ensuring equipment, cleanliness and compliance are always on point
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the club runs smoothly and efficiently
- Grow our membership, building rapport, understanding member needs and confidently overcoming objections
- Take us out into the community, boosting brand awareness and driving fresh leads
- Champion safety, completing all Health & Safety checks
- Create a club vibe people love, making the gym somewhere members genuinely want to be
About You
You’re the kind of person who brings energy into every room and thrives in a leadership role where results matter. Ideally, you have:
- Experience in fitness, sales or marketing (or all three!)
- A genuine passion for fitness — you love this world
- A target-driven mindset with the resilience to push through challenges
- A friendly, approachable personality with a positive, “let’s make it happen” attitude
- Strong communication skills and confidence in leading people
- Availability to work weekends
