Join a growing organisation as an Electrician specialising in social housing electrical testing and remedial works.
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our client's team, working within the Social Housing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical testing, inspecting, and remedial works across tenanted and void properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical inspection & testing (EICRs) in line with current regulations
- Perform remedial works and minor repairs following test findings
- Ensure compliance with current IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395 equivalent) – Testing & Inspection
- AM2 Card
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working in social housing environments
