Location: Thanet Area, CT8-CT9
Salary: £13.00- £14.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: The job is up to 12 hours a week. Split between Day shift and evening shift.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced, proactive and energetic Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centered care. This is a lone-working position that requires a confident professional who can work independently while maintaining a safe and engaging environment for the individual they support. Since the person enjoys a lot of activities that involve a lot of walking, you must be in good physical condition.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be a local resident (Thanet area) and possess:
- Qualifications: NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and social care (or equivalent).
- Experience: A proven track record in Health and social care, including specific knowledge of Autism, learning disabilities, and borderline personality Disorders.
- Certifications: Valid care certificate.
- Driving: A full UK Driving Licence is highly preferred to assist with community access and activities.
