Blue Sky Enabling has an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Support Worker in Staverton. Shifts will be based in a supported living environment within female service users’ own home. Shift available are Saturdays waking night 9pm to 8am (11 hours shift with six set monitoring times). You will be working independently in a person-centred way, supporting a female with additional needs, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and independence. We are looking for candidates who can work multiple shifts throughout the week
As part of our collaborative teams, you will be supporting the individual to live a life of their own choosing, whilst providing them with clear guidance in accordance with their individual support plans and PBSPs.
You will support to engage in appropriate community activities, do shopping, go out to cafés, have fun and participate in indoor and outdoor leisure activities. You will encourage and support them to maintain a healthy diet and will promote their health and wellbeing. Whilst also supporting them to manage their household. You will enable them to live full and active lives, respecting issues around capacity to make their own individual decisions, equality and dignity.
You will be supported to maintain training relevant to this role.

You must be able to commute to and from the service user's home to meet shift start times.
