Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Generator to be the first contact for inbound and outbound leads, setting appointments for the senior business development team. As part of the role, you will be expected to attend events across the UK where we are exhibiting or have a potential interest in exhibiting. You will need to be comfortable speaking with customers and introducers, understanding their situation and identifying those who may benefit from speaking with one of the business development team.
Responsibilities
You will be required to undertake a wide range of activities and report on a weekly basis. The below is a summary only of the expected activities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and other communications with customers and introducers.
- Make appointments for the business development team
- Act as the onboarding point for new referral partners
- Accurately capture and input data onto our CRM system
- Review new business and progress relationships with prospective partners.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience of lead generation or business developments, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong focus on client servicing and relationship building.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work fast under limited supervision.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude to proactively engage with people of all levels.
- Interest and knowledge of property sector, in particularly rental markets, is desirable.
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
