We work closely with local schools in Exeter to fill a range of long-term primary teaching teaching vacancies, including maternity contracts, permanent recruitment needs, and cover for extended staff absences. Supply?
Our flexible daily supply opportunities in Exeter are perfect for primary teachers seeking variety, work-life balance, and the freedom to choose when they work. You'll have the opportunity to teach across a range of welcoming schools within the Trust, as well as other local primary schools, covering classes from EYFS through to KS2. Whether you're available one day a week or five, you can build a schedule that works for you, accepting ad-hoc assignments that fit around your commitments while gaining experience in a variety of school settings and year groups.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress and attainment.
- Promote high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children.
Requirements:
- You will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Ability to teach effectively across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
