As a Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our dental team and the Minor Oral Surgery team, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care in a welcoming environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with both patients and colleagues will be essential in fostering a positive experience for everyone involved.

Duties
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.
- Prepare and sterilise dental instruments and equipment for use.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Provide excellent patient care by addressing any concerns or questions before, during, and after treatments.
- Ensure that the clinical environment is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Manage stock levels of dental supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, appointments, and follow-up care.
Qualifications
- Strong IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling systems.
- Excellent organisational abilities to maintain an efficient workflow within the practice.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clear communication with patients and team members.
- Previous experience in a dental setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is crucial.
- A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' needs.
- Radiography trained preferred but not essential
