Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales Negotiator to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and negotiating sales to achieve mutual satisfaction. Duties
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate terms of sale effectively, ensuring favourable outcomes for both the client and organisation
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress using organisational tools
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations to support negotiations
- Follow up with clients post-negotiation to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding the client base
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities, including updating databases and preparing reports
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Demonstrable ability to negotiate effectively and confidently with clients
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive attitude with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Must own a car and hold a Full UK Driving licence
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
