Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain office files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and xero as required
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using standard office software
- Support accounts payable/receivable processes by managing invoices and receipts
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate smooth operations
- Handle administrative errands such as mailing, courier arrangements, and other clerical duties
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), and Zero is required
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Demonstrated experience in clerical tasks such as filing, record keeping, and correspondence management
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephony systems is advantageous and CRM systems.
- Previous experience working with administrative software or systems will be considered an asset

Pay: £26,436.80-£32,000.00 per year
