Share your time in one of our volunteer roles, either directly supporting or contributing to our organisation’s work with and for the older people who need us most.
What will you be doing?
Depending on the volunteer role you select, you may become a:
Hub Assistant
Buddy
Fundraiser
Online Sales Assistant
Group Support Assistant
If you have any particular interest get in contact, we might have the perfect role for you!
How would you be supported in this role?
In addition to providing you with a thorough induction, you will have a dedicated volunteer supervisor who will support you in role.
You will also meet other team members and have the opportunity to undertake additional learning.

Age UK Bradford District involves volunteers in the delivery of our services and operations to help us reach as many older people in need of our services as possible. The time and talents volunteers offer play a vital role in the successful delivery of our charity’s mission and values.

This opportunity is representative of a variety of volunteer roles within our organisation. We will share the specific roles currently available after receiving your initial application.
Please note that some of our roles require a DBS check.
We do cover reasonable out of pocket expenses as per our Volunteer Expenses policy.

- Literacy and numeracy skills (for volunteers operating the till)
