Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Ensure clients homes are maintained to high standard of hygiene
- Dispose of waste properly, replacing liners and ensuring trash areas are tidy and odor-free
- Maintain cleaning equipment by performing routine checks and reporting any repairs needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or required
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure no area is overlooked
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
