We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers in Manchester to join our team and help individuals live more independent, fulfilling lives.
No previous experience is required – fully paid training is provided.
What You’ll Do
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide person-centred care and support
- Help individuals with daily living tasks and personal care
- Support people to take part in activities such as hiking, swimming, horse riding, canal boating, arts & crafts, music and social events
- Encourage independence and decision-making
- Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and professionals
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
