We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity within the Kinship & Family Networking Service. Applications are sought for the role of Family Network Advisor (I Scale) within the Kinship & Family Networking Service, covering the whole of Norfolk.
The Kinship & Family Networking Service enables children, young people and their wider networks to have a voice and be part of planning and decision making where Children Services are involved with a family.
As an Family Network Advisor you will work collaboratively with professionals within the Family Help and High Needs team, to support the delivery and promote the Family Group Decision Making process in order to deliver a service that contributes to positive outcomes for children/young people, and families.
Your Role will include assist and supporting professionals in fully embedding the Family Group Decision making – family led meeting process as a preventative and early intervention provision throughout the Family Help and High Needs teams. You will also support with independently facilitate Family Group Decision Making Meetings. This will include arranging the FGDM meeting, managing dynamics and any tensions within the meeting to maximise participation and achieve the development of a family-led support/safety plan.
