We (Three Thirty) delivers high-quality after-school clubs in primary schools across London. We run structured, engaging sessions that introduce children to exciting, niche activities, delivered by coaches who care.
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced instructors to deliver structured after-school activity sessions in primary schools in West London. This role is suited to individuals with previous experience working with children through coaching, teaching, childcare, or similar delivery roles and also comfortable with traveling to West London on a weekly basis.
You will be responsible for confidently leading sessions, managing group behaviour, and creating a positive and well-organised environment for children. Training and session plans are provided, allowing instructors to focus on delivery rather than planning or administration.
Instructors typically deliver 2 to 5 sessions per week, each lasting one hour (usually 3:30 - 4:30pm) during term time.
This role offers consistent term-time work within school settings and is well suited to those looking to continue developing their experience working with children while maintaining flexible hours.
Key Requirements (Essential)
- 1+ years of experience working with children (teaching, coaching, or similar)
- Strong communication and group management skills
- Reliable weekly availability during term time
- Professional approach to working in schools
- Enhanced DBS (preferred)

Training & Development
Full training, lesson plans and ongoing support are provided. Instructors may learn and deliver activities such as Fencing or Taekwondo.
Location & Travel Requirements
Sessions take place in West London schools. You must be able to travel to locations reliably.
A valid UK driving licence and access to a car is preferred.
