Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
- Utilise IT tools effectively for customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tracking
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or related roles is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrable customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Competent in IT systems
- Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Valid driving licence is advantageous
