Showroom Sales Manager
Brighton | Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission
RSD Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a driven Showroom Sales Manager to join a growing bathroom showroom business.
This role is ideal for a proactive, sales-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving business. You’ll be confident managing the full customer journey, from enquiry through to design and sale, while developing strong relationships with both retail customers and local trade professionals.
You’ll play a key role in growing showroom performance, following up leads, managing quotations, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Bathroom product knowledge is helpful but not essential - attitude, drive, and sales ability are key.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Sales-driven, proactive, and commercially minded
- Confident building rapport and closing deals
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
- Experienced in a customer-facing sales environment
