We’re representing a well-established regional law firm with deep roots in the Midlands and the surrounding areas. They’re looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their busy and supportive team in Solihull.
This role offers excellent exposure to a wide variety of commercial property work, direct client contact, and the chance to progress your legal career within a welcoming and professional environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the team, you’ll be involved in:
- Drafting and preparing property documents and reports.
- Meeting with clients and managing communications by phone, email, and video.
- Supporting solicitors across a range of commercial property matters.
- Ensuring cases are managed accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail.

We’re looking for candidates who are:
- Experienced in Commercial Property.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communicators with great client care skills.
- Comfortable managing a busy workload and working as part of a team.
