You will serve as the critical bridge between our EMEA regional operations and our global Center of Excellence (CoE).
Your mission? Future-proof our building portfolio against cyber threats and transition cutting-edge compliance frameworks into standard Business As Usual (BAU) operations. About The Role?
In this role, you will sit at the intersection of technical engineering, vendor governance, and strategic program management.
Own the tracking, delivery, and end-to-end management of all regional milestones within the 2026 CiO roadmap.
Ensure building systems (BMS, BOS, LCS) comply with security frameworks. Track firmware/hardware upgrades and systematically clear security exceptions.
Validate and audit IoT asset management tools to ensure 100% data integrity, while tightly controlling vendor access to critical applications.
Translate highly complex network architectures and cyber risks into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
Standardise and document processes to seamlessly transition the program from a project phase into daily operational workflows. What Success Looks Like?
100% of the EMEA regional CiO milestones outlined in the 2026 plan are successfully completed.
The cybersecurity posture of the EMEA building portfolio is measurably and proactively improved.
Asset management tools reflect 100% accurate, audit-ready information regarding regional IoT devices.
Trusted, frictionless relationships are established across regional operations teams (TSS, FH&P, and IFMs) and the global CoE. About You?
3+ years (5+ preferred) in program coordination, project management, or operations within Corporate Real Estate (REWS), Facilities Management, or IT/IoT infrastructure environments.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
A foundational understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Operating Systems (BOS), and network-connected IoT lifecycles. Knowledge of Google Cloud Architecture is highly desirable.
