Enveco Ltd is a UK-based Bespoke Greeting Card Envelope Manufacturer. We have the facilities and expertise to manufacture the highest quality envelopes with almost any colour in 4000+ Sizes. Some of our products range from: Lined Envelopes; Pearlescent Envelopes; Embossed envelopes; Peel & Seal envelopes; Gummed envelopes; Antique silk, Recycled envelopes; Kraft envelopes, Printed Envelopes; Foiled Envelopes.
This office-based role will be working as part of a small team in the production office of an envelope manufacturer, providing all necessary paperwork etc. to the factory, from purchasing through to delivery. Working closely with our sales team based at our Milton Keynes head office to ensure smooth running of production. You will be first point of contact for all incoming calls.
Liaising with customers and our manufacturing departments, offering advice and support to customers to ensure that their buying experience is outstanding. Also ensuring team sales targets are achieved by maximising all selling opportunities. This is a varied role which can be developed according to the successful candidate’s skills and previous experience.

Duties will include but not limited to;
Answering calls
Order entry
Database management
Job sheet creation
Raising Purchase Orders
Liaising with customers and our manufacturing departments
Print job sheets
Printing box/pallet labels
Happy to lift/move boxes of envelopes in the factory (not an everyday job)
Booking In deliveries, arranging transport and producing delivery notes/invoices using Sage

Desired Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent Grade 4/C or higher in maths and English desirable but not essential.
Applicant must not already hold a level 3 or higher in Business Admin
Future Prospects
Possibility of future employment if available.
Training
Full training to be provided by the employer and KEITS at the place of employment.
The applicant will be working towards and gain a Level 2 Customer service Apprenticeship.
The learner will be allocated an industry specific training consultant who will provide both remote and onsite visits throughout the apprenticeship.
The apprentice will work towards an End Point Assessment (EPA) at the end of their apprenticeship.
