Nightshade is a cocktail bar independently owned by Lillie & Fred.
Part time - Must be over 21.
6-8 Hours weekly on a Saturday with some occasional Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- Some experience in bartending within a wine/cocktail bar environment is advantageous, however not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Must be reliable - We are a small team so ability to work every weekend is imperative.
- A friendly demeanour with a genuine desire to help others enjoy their experience at our establishment.
