Job Title: Front of House

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire our front of house team across both our award winning locations in Meanwood and Horsforth.
- Provide comprehensive training to team members, ensuring our highest standards of customer service are met.
- Foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that leaves customers raving about their experience.
- Collaborate effectively with both customers and team members, using excellent communication skills to enhance engagement.
- Deliver feedback to management, keeping lines of communication open and constructive as well as suggestions of improvements and new initiatives.
- Be adaptable and flexible, working during our operating hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM) to meet business needs, sometimes at short notice when required.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's licence and be willing to travel between multiple locations.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role; experience in a Fish & Chip shop is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service and team collaboration.
