We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead a high-volume, premium food and cocktail-led pub in South London.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a thriving venue known for its outstanding food offering, creative drinks, vibrant atmosphere, and loyal customer base. You'll have the autonomy to lead the business, develop a talented team, and drive both guest experience and commercial performance.
The Role:
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing management and front-of-house team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain outstanding service standards
- Drive sales, profitability and operational excellence
- Manage labour, stock, costs and compliance effectively
- Create a positive culture that attracts and retains great people
- Build strong local relationships and maximise trading opportunities
