What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of the business, building relationships, creating opportunities, and seeing deals through from start to finish:
- Registering and engaging with buyers, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Speaking with vendors in a consultative, confident manner to win instructions
- Matching applicants to properties and driving viewing activity
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for our clients
- Progressing sales through to completion with professionalism and care
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other agents
- Working closely with colleagues across the Newton Fallowell network

- Able to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Working Hours
Full-time role:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Saturdays: 9:00am – 4:00pm (5.5-day week)
