Are you a qualified secondary teacher with a GTCS registration and recent Disclosure Scotland statement? Looking to earn some extra money tutoring school aged children? We have desks available for tutoring in a newly established and newly renovated learning centre located in the west end of Glasgow. There would be a legal agreement to use the facilities which include, WIFI, printer/copier, laminator and amenities. The desks are available for a very small hourly charge. You are welcome to tutor children you know or there is a possibility to be put in contact with parents and children. Lessons are only able to be conducted at the centre due to the facilities agreement. Teachers are responsible for providing their own resources for lessons.
If you are an enthusiastic secondary teacher who is looking to earn some extra money tutoring on a part time flexible basis, then this is perfect for you. Qualification in SpLD Dyslexia a bonus but tables are available to all qualified teachers, primary, secondary, learning support and retired teachers.
Please note applicants must be registered with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS) and have an up to date PVG membership and be able to provide two references. Applications will not be considered without these. This is a unique and wonderful opportunity to use the facilities at a premium location to support the many children who have had their education disrupted due to the pandemic.
